"The best product decisions come from conversations with the people who actually use the thing."
About
Seven years building B2B products across AdTech, cybersecurity, logistics, and cloud infrastructure. Different industries, same move: get in front of customers before writing a spec, find the real problem underneath the request, and build the smallest thing that tests whether you're right. What ships opens the next question worth asking.
Customer discovery changed my approach more than once. When what looked like feature gaps turned out to be technical debt blocking customer value, that single insight shifted the entire product strategy. When 20+ interviews across US, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM surfaced two segments nobody had mapped, the roadmap changed entirely and expanded addressable market by 5%. Staying that close to users is what makes every other product decision defensible.
I use AI tools at every stage of the product process: Claude Code and Lovable to build functional prototypes that validate architecture in days rather than sprints, Miro AI for collaborative synthesis, and Codex and Replit for rapid code iteration. RICE prioritization collapses decision cycles from weeks to days. I've learned that a working prototype (even if directional) ends more stakeholder debates than a 20-page doc, which is why I build one early in discovery rather than at the end of it.
Building AI systems taught me something about product work too: every consequential step needs a checkpoint, because you don't ship and hope. You design for failure, validate your assumptions, and keep humans in the loop where it matters. I work the same way with teams.

Selected work from recent years
Brand Metrics had hit an architectural ceiling. I rebuilt the platform for the AI era, and it shipped as an industry first.
Brand Metrics
Rebuilt the platform foundations that Brand Metrics launched as Predictive+ in June 2026, named by ExchangeWire as the industry's first predictive brand lift solution for CTV. PM for a cross-functional team of 4 (engineering, UX, and data science): ran 20+ customer interviews that reshaped the product strategy, doubled the customer base from 40 to 80, and shipped the AI Survey Generator as the company's first monetized add-on.
From idea to paid add-on in three weeks, with production-grade architecture built in from day one.
Brand Metrics
Built metadata architecture and multi-phase rollout strategy for AI Survey Generator at Brand Metrics. Shipped 3-week prototype that became a monetized add-on with fast adoption - demonstrating rapid AI prototyping with production-grade thinking from day one.
2019
Freight pricing was opaque by default. I made it transparent by design.
Greencarrier AB (now JAS Worldwide Group)
Small business customers were booking international freight by email and phone, with no instant pricing, no system integration, and no trust. Redesigned the quote and booking flow end-to-end. Bookings up 7%, operational costs down 4%, 80% enterprise adoption on CO2 tracking.
Four separate portals, no coherent experience: one product built to make sense of all of them.
Iver AB
A cloud and cybersecurity platform built through seven acquisitions had four separate customer portals and no coherent experience. Rebuilt it into a single, structured product using Domain Driven Design. Enabled Product-Led Growth, which the fragmented portal structure had made structurally impossible before.
2022-2024
Email chains, manual handoffs, and invoicing chaos: one automated workflow that made them disappear.
Iver AB
Enterprise Quote-to-Pay took days through manual handoffs. Automated it to hours with pre-filled context and validation workflows. Eliminated invoicing mismatches.
The infrastructure most AI demos skip: real data contracts, monitoring from day one, 95% success rate.
The Product Compass Buildathon
Finished 5th out of 25 projects. Four autonomous agents, 95% success rate across 47 test requests, monitoring built in from day one. Track 3: multi-agent coordination, the hardest difficulty tier, two weeks.
Builds
Shipped experiments, tools, and games: things I built to learn, test ideas, and have fun.

The Alignment Trail
A cozy campus RPG where you explore a tech company, meet stakeholders, and befriend them by sharing PM wisdom. Walk the campus, find the Inner Critic, navigate the org chart. Built in vanilla JS with pixel art.
Open
RICE Prioritization AI
Paste messy feature requests from Slack, email, or meeting notes. AI extracts and RICE-scores each one instantly: Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort. Skip the spreadsheet, get to the decision. Built with OpenRouter for model routing.
OpenTime Smart Planner
An intelligence layer prototype built for an energy platform consulting engagement. Dynamic scheduling, smart recommendations, and behavioral nudges toward better time-of-use decisions.
Open
Quest Time Rewards
Screen time, but earned. A gamified reward app built for my son. Complete real-world quests to unlock screen time. Because 'finish your homework' works better as a side quest.

Skills & Expertise
Tools and capabilities I bring to the table
AI-Augmented Product development
Using AI tools (RAG, MCPs, Agents, Cursor, Claude Code, Miro AI, Figma Make, and local LLMs for privacy-sensitive work that stays off cloud APIs) to validate concepts with working prototypes, synthesize datasets for faster decisions, and create stakeholder alignment through rapid validation.
Product Development
I own products from discovery through adoption, with the discipline of validating the real problem before writing a spec. Discovery interviews are how you find out which ideas deserve a sprint and which ones don't, and every feature that skipped that step created technical debt someone else had to fix later.
Software development
Technical enough to design APIs, prototype in code, and evaluate architecture trade-offs without relying on translation. Built working prototypes in Claude Code, Supabase, and Lovable that engineers reviewed and shipped to production.
Research & Design process
From user story through shipped design. Figma for wireframes and high-fidelity specs, Miro for collaborative assumption mapping, rapid prototypes in Lovable and Claude Code to test ideas before they become requirements. The goal is always getting something real in front of users before committing to a full build.
User testing
Qualitative and quantitative research: discovery interviews, A/B tests, adoption analytics, and behavioral analysis. 20+ discovery interviews across US, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. The insights that changed product strategy came from watching users work around the features they said they loved, not from survey responses.
Product & Project Management tools
Linear, Jira, Productboard, and GitHub for delivery tracking. Notion and Confluence for documentation. The tooling matters less than the discipline: clear acceptance criteria, explicit prioritization rationale, and a short path from customer insight to sprint backlog.
My Approach
How I work
AI-Augmented Product Management
AI compresses the gap between idea and validated decision
I use AI tools to compress timelines and sharpen output quality. I hold three AI certifications (LLM Foundations, AI Agents, AI for Product Management) and work daily with Claude Code, Cursor, and Miro AI for rapid prototyping and technical documentation. Building with agents taught me that guardrails, memory, fallbacks, and observability aren't just engineering patterns: they're what makes any team function. PM instincts transfer directly.
Applications
- •Rapid prototyping and experimentation: brand measurement feature concepts in days using Claude Code + Supabase, reducing concept validation from weeks to sprint cycles
- •Generated Architecture Decision Records and technical documentation 10x faster while maintaining quality
- •Used AI-assisted analysis to synthesize 20+ publisher interviews into actionable ICP frameworks
Philosophy
AI tools are productivity accelerators. I use them to handle repetitive work (research synthesis, documentation scaffolding, code prototypes) freeing up cognitive bandwidth for strategic thinking and stakeholder collaboration, where the judgment calls stay.
Outcome & data-driven
Product decisions earn their place in the roadmap through evidence. 20+ discovery interviews across four regions identified two customer segments nobody had mapped, which expanded addressable market by 5% and rewrote the roadmap. RICE prioritization makes trade-offs visible and fast, collapsing decision cycles from weeks to days. OKRs connect individual roadmap bets to the north star metric, so the team ships toward outcomes rather than output.
Strategy & Execution Delivery
Strategy that stays at 30,000 feet doesn't ship. I work the full stack: from product vision and go-to-market planning down to sprint planning, acceptance criteria, and post-launch analytics. Quote-to-Pay automation at Iver went from days of manual handoffs to hours, and four legacy portals became one coherent platform. Strategy is only worth the execution it drives.
Building trust and fostering creativity
The best product ideas come from teams that feel safe enough to say 'this is wrong' before it ships. I build that environment deliberately: explicit decision rationale so teams understand why, structured retrospectives that surface systemic issues rather than blame, and credit distributed to the people who actually did the work. At Brand Metrics, this meant cross-functional team leadership across engineering, UX, and data science without direct authority: influence through clarity rather than hierarchy. Psychological safety is how teams surface expensive mistakes before they ship.
Workshop facilitator
Cross-functional alignment is the bottleneck before every good product decision. I structure workshops to surface what people actually disagree about, which is rarely what gets said first. At Iver, cross-functional design sprints with engineering and commercial teams resolved domain boundary conflicts that had blocked the DDD restructure. Discovery sessions, architecture reviews, prioritization workshops: the output is a decision the room owns and acts on.
